The Progress of your Order
Having placed your order, you will receive emails confirming that it was received by us, and also when your order was dispatched.
Availability
Our on-line shop is updated every 24 hours, but we cannot guarantee that all items are in stock all the time. Music is classified under the following headings:
- In Print
- In preparation
- Reprinting
- Out of print
Be aware that it is possible that items marked as 'In Print' may actually have become 'Out of Print' for example. We work very hard to keep this sort of information up-to-date but we cannot offer perfection!
Backorders
If you order an item from us that is not in stock, the item will be placed on backorder and sent on to you as soon as it is back in stock. We will keep you informed.
If an out of stock item becomes particularly difficult to obtain, we will keep you informed at intervals via email and keep trying to obtain the item unless you ask us to cancel the backorder. If we discover that a title on backorder is Reprinting or has become Out of Print we will let you know. If you no longer require an item that has been on backorder for some time, simply let us know and we will cancel it.
Exchange
If you need to exchange an item please ring first. Any queries relating to your delivery must be notified within 14 days of receipt.
