The five pieces within this suite are distinctively Latin American in style. They are evocative, their strong rhythmic pulses in the Ritmos de Dança, Folia and Samba de Rio generate a lively setting of Carnival.Having said that the music is contrasting and the Romantica and tremolo work entitled Sonhos de Bolivia, are well suited to the dreamy sense of pensiveness the guitar interprets so well.
