Our Terms, Postage and Packing

Please note postage rates are for UK deliveries only. For OVERSEAS delivery charges please contact us for a quote.

Also for larger or bulk orders which may require a special parcel delivery i.e. 2 - 5 kilos please

contact us  for a costing and to order direct. You can choose to not pay for your goods online, in which case we will send you an invoice for the amount owed. Goods will be sent to you on receipt of your payment.

Privacy

Be assured that when you buy online from Múzicas Editions, your name and address details will be used solely to service your order(s) with us and later if we need to contact you.

MÚE will NOT sell, trade, rent or otherwise release your personal data to third parties.

We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours but please be patient during busy or holiday periods! Please note that price and availability information are subject to change without notice.

The Progress of your Order

Having placed your order, you will receive an email confirming that it was received by us, and also when (and how) your order was dispatched.

Availability

Our on-line sales are updated frequently, but we cannot guarantee that all items are in stock at all times. Music is classified under the following headings:

•In Stock

•Temporarily out of stock

•In preparation

•Reprinting

•Out of print

'' Temporarily out of stock' may mean that the last copy has sold recently and the title will be replaced imminently.

Backorders

If you order an item from us that is not in stock, the item(s) will be placed on ' Back Order' and sent on to you as soon as available. We will keep you informed of progress by email.

Returns

Products are only offered on a "firm sale" basis only, and NEVER "on approval".

In the unlikely event you do have a genuine problem with your purchase once it has been received, you will be allowed to return the goods for up to 30 days after taking receipt of them. Please ring 01202 244655 or email us and ask for a "Returns Number" and quote this clearly in a covering letter using our original packaging (if possible) to protect the goods.

Please be aware that to receive a full credit/refund, returns MUST arrive with us in a good, re-sellable condition with a valid Returns Number. All Postage and Packing charges for returns will be met by the customer.
